Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. Failure to reschedule within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Complimentary Touch-Ups:
We offer one complimentary touch-up session within 6 months of your original tattoo session, provided that aftercare instructions were followed properly. Touch-ups required due to improper aftercare may incur additional charges.
